Challenges of Chapter Leadership
It’s getting close to that time
to step up to the Challenges of Chapter Leadership.
There wouldn’t be any thing greater than for BSCLA to be
Boeing’s Leadership laboratory. I would like for you
to start discovering your inner and outer edges, because
every leader has them. Your inner edge is “you” behind
the scenes. This is your hopes, dreams, your values,
and etc. Your outer edge is “you” that you show the
world. This is your words, your actions, and anything
that people see. To be effective as a leader you
“must” spend time on both edges.
