Fund Raiser Continues
Logo incorporated into lapel pins

On Sept. 11, 2001, every life in America was shaken by the events which unfolded on that autumn morning.  It was unlike anything we had ever experienced before and the day will forever be etched in our memories as a watershed moment in our lives and in our national history.

In an effort to commemorate those tragic and heroic events, the BSCC chapter of the NMA developed the logo shown here.  To openly display the patriotism reflected in the graphic and to raise needed funds for worthy recipients, the chapter had this image made into a limited number of lapel pins.   These one-inch pins, sold exclusively by the Board of Directors of the Boeing Space Coast Chapter of the NMA, are accompanied by a card that explains the symbolism behind the logo.

Proceeds from the sale will be split between the BSCC NMA Scholarship fund and the local Salvation Army.   Since this is a fund raiser, the chapter is asking for a minimum donation of $3 per pin.

These pins were produced in very limited numbers and we anticipate that they will be sold very quickly.  If you're interested, please contact a Board member as soon as possible.  People or non-profit organizations interested in using the logo for fund raising purposes may contact Nick Hopkins at 321.861.4504, or through e-mail at nicholas.l.hopkins@boeing.com.
